If you are unsatisfied with your membership, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refunds are available for memberships that have not been used and are requested within the first 14 days of activation. Please note that all requests must be submitted in writing, and refunds will be processed according to the terms of our membership agreement.
